We assist in processing cancellations and refund requests but do not have control over third-party decisions or timelines.


2. Flight Bookings

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for flight bookings depend on the airline’s fare rules. Some tickets (e.g., promotional or non-refundable fares) may not be eligible for any refund.

  • Cancellation Charges: Airlines may charge a cancellation fee. Lead Fly Bazar may also charge a service fee for handling the cancellation.

  • Refund Timeline: If approved, airline refunds typically take 7–21 business days to reflect in your account.


3. Holiday Packages

  • Customized Packages: Once confirmed, tailor-made packages may involve advance bookings for hotels, flights, and local services, which may not be refundable.

  • Cancellation Requests: Must be made in writing via email or through our customer service. Cancellation charges will vary depending on how close to the travel date the request is made.

  • Refunds: Only the refundable portion of the booking (if any) will be returned after deducting applicable cancellation and service fees.


4. Hotel Reservations

  • Refund Terms: Hotel refund eligibility depends on the specific hotel’s policy. Some bookings may allow free cancellation within a certain window; others may be non-refundable.

  • No-shows: If a customer does not arrive at the hotel without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.


5. Visa & Travel Documentation Services

  • Visa application fees, once paid, are non-refundable — regardless of approval or rejection by the embassy or consulate.

  • Lead Fly Bazar is not liable for visa delays or denials and cannot offer refunds for missed travel due to such issues.


6. Service Fees

All Lead Fly Bazar service charges, booking fees, or processing fees are non-refundable, even if the underlying service (flight, hotel, etc.) is refunded by the provider.
